The data is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible quotation. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data is kept for as long as needed to follow up the request, then only for periods required by legal obligations or the defence of rights.
Recipients
Form enquiries are sent to info@altiorastructura.com through Resend, which processes your contact details and message. Resend states that this data is stored in the United States, even when Ireland is selected as the sending region. Access remains limited to Altiora Structura and the technical providers needed for the form and hosting.
Form protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against automated submissions and abuse. Your IP address and technical browser information are sent to Cloudflare for this check and to improve bot detection. Our server also uses the IP address to limit the frequency of enquiries.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where allowed by law by writing to info@altiorastructura.com. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
